Introduction

Soulera Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"), operating under the name Soulera, owns and manages the platform ("Platform") that provides handwriting and signature analysis services. These services aim to deliver insights into personality traits and potential areas for improvement through personalized online sessions with experts.
•
These Terms govern your access and use of the Platform and outline the rights and obligations between you (the "User") and Soulera. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
•
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference.
•
We will notify you of material changes to these terms through your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms. Promotions may be governed by these Terms and supplementary terms.
Eligibility
•
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, your use constitutes confirmation that your parent or legal guardian is aware of and consents to your data provision and participation.
•
Important: Any misrepresentation of your capacity or unlawful use may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of services.
•
Children's Consent: Use of Soulera by any Minor is deemed to be made with the full knowledge and approval of that Minor's parent or legal guardian.
Services Offered
•
Handwriting Analysis: Comprehensive assessment of handwriting samples to identify personality traits and areas of improvement.
•
Signature Analysis: Focused analysis of signatures to uncover behavioural patterns and personality insights.
•
One-on-One Consultation: Detailed discussion on both handwriting and signature patterns.
•
SoulChat AI Conversational Service: SoulChat is an AI-powered chat feature that provides supplementary discussions about your graphology or signature report. It may generate inaccurate or inconsistent responses and is for informational exploration only. It does not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
•
All SoulChat conversations may be recorded for service improvement purposes and are not protected by professional confidentiality privileges. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness.
Session Structure
•
Pre-Session: When a user books a session via Soulera's application or website, a report is generated based on their handwriting or signature sample and discussed in the one-on-one session.
•
Introduction: Experts introduce themselves and explain session objectives. Users share reasons for seeking analysis, the expert explains the connection between handwriting and brain activity, users can ask questions, and the expert concludes with key findings.
How to Access Our Services
•
Upload a Sample: Submit a sample of your handwriting or signature for analysis. An analysis report is delivered usually within 24 hours of submission.
•
Select a Time Slot: Choose a preferred time slot for your meeting.
•
Make a Payment: Complete the payment process for the selected service.
•
Service Confirmation: Once payment is completed, your appointment with the expert will be confirmed. Details will be sent to your registered email and contact number.
•
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable content, comments or reviews that fail to comply with these Terms, harm the Platform, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable laws.
Pricing and Payment
•
Soulera reserves the right to revise prices for its services. Any changes will apply to services not yet booked or availed.
•
Android Users: In-app purchases are available directly within the Android version of the Soulera app using Google Play billing.
•
iOS Users: The iOS version supports in-app purchases for credits that can unlock premium features or full digital reports. All payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system.
•
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are tied to your Apple ID and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
•
Payments are non-refundable except when the session is cancelled by us and the user opts not to reschedule, technical issues from the Platform prevent delivery, or partial refunds apply due to interruptions. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
•
Users must request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling is subject to expert availability.
Intellectual Property Rights
•
Users retain ownership of handwriting and signature samples uploaded to the Platform. By submitting content, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process these samples for analysis purposes only. We will not share or use these samples for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.
Disclaimer on Expert Opinions
•
The insights, assessments, and recommendations provided during handwriting and signature analysis sessions are intended solely for informational and guidance purposes. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or career-related advice.
•
Handwriting and signature analysis is a subjective practice rooted in graphology. Interpretations and recommendations may vary by expert and should not be considered definitive or universally applicable.
•
Soulera and its experts do not guarantee specific outcomes or success. Users are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on insights received.
User Conduct
•
By using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, rules and regulations. Failure to adhere may result in suspension or termination of access, deletion of files and denial of services.
•
You agree to receive emails or SMSs from us and to use the Platform solely for accessing services or performing legitimate transactions. Unauthorised or commercial use is prohibited.
•
Prohibited activities include using cheats, bots or unauthorised software; copying or reverse-engineering Platform technology; disrupting servers; gaining unauthorised access; posting harmful or illegal content; harassment; fraud; encouraging unlawful activities; collecting personal data; or interfering with others' use of the Platform.
Platform and Third-Party Interactions
•
The Platform and all content, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, audio, videos, layouts and designs, is owned by or licensed to Soulera Private Limited.
•
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal and revocable license to access and use Platform Content for lawful, individual, and non-commercial purposes. This prohibits modifying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works, or exploiting content commercially without written consent.
•
The Platform may contain third-party content or links. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party sites, services, content or policies.
Grievance Mechanism & Security Breach Protocol
•
For complaints or concerns, users can email support@soulera.in. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 business days.
•
In the event of a security breach, users will be notified within 72 hours of detection, and immediate measures will be taken to secure accounts and investigate the breach.
Force Majeure
•
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, technical failures, cyberattacks, power outages, or failures of telecommunication or hosting services.
Indemnity
•
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Soulera Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and advisors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from breach of Terms, intellectual property violations, or unauthorised activities.
Exclusion of Warranties
•
The Platform and its features, services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation, prompt correction of defects, content accuracy, or third-party endorsements.
Limitation of Liability
•
To the extent permitted by law, Soulera and its affiliates will not be liable for loss of profit, goodwill, data or opportunity, indirect or consequential damages, outcomes of analysis conducted on Minors, third-party interactions, service interruptions, or errors in Platform communications.
Breach and Consequences
•
If you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform, we may restrict or suspend access, terminate your account permanently, seek damages, or initiate legal proceedings. Our decisions are final and do not prejudice additional legal remedies.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
•
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue being Surat, Gujarat, India.
Miscellaneous
•
Cross-Border Use: If you access the Platform from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
•
Marketing Communications: By using this platform, you agree to receive promotional emails from us and may opt out through account settings.
•
Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
•
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and Soulera.
•
Grievance Submission: Users may submit complaints by emailing support@soulera.in with account identifier, description of the issue, and reasons for requesting resolution.
